Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

PayPal will show the details to you before committing payments. While we strive to provide 100% accuracy for our prices and item descriptions, errors do occur. If an item with error was purchased, we may contact you and offer cancellation, exchange or discount for the item.
After completing an order you will receive an email confirming the order in about 10 minutes. If for some reasons you do not see this e-mail 15 minutes after placing your order, you may contact us and we will promptly (within about 24 hours) locate your order and send you your order number.

NATURAL STONES
100% natural stone with natural colors, these have no treatments other than cutting, drilling and polishing.
MATTE STONES
Natural stones with natural color, the matte finish - via tumbling - creates a variation in color from the traditional finish.
HEATED STONES
Natural stones that were heated to alter their colors or increase clarity. Heating can also be used to lighten or darken a stone to enhance it.
DYED STONES
Natural Stones treated with dyes to alter or enhance their colors. Under normal use, the dyed colors should not bleed or fade for several years. However, excessive skin oils, friction with fabrics, exposure to cosmetics/perfumes, and strong/hot spotlight may cause color fading or bleeding.
STABILIZED STONES
Stones undergo a process that involves putting them under pressure, forcing them to absorb a filler, such as an epoxy, resulting in a harder stone. Sometimes, stabilization also prevents a stone's color from fading.
RECONSTITUTED & SYNTHETIC STONES (MAN-MADE)
Gemstones created by artificial means in a laboratory usually to simulate a natural stone's characteristics. The Man Made stones look and feel like natural stones but without the high price points.
