All prices shown on jnsbeads.com are based on US Dollars (USD). For customers in some countries, PayPal automatically converts USD amounts to your home currency when you check out. PayPal will show the details to you before committing payments. While we strive to provide 100% accuracy for our prices and item descriptions, errors do occur. If an item with error was purchased, we may contact you and offer cancellation, exchange or discount for the item.
After completing an order you will receive an email confirming the order in about 10 minutes. If for some reasons you do not see this e-mail 15 minutes after placing your order, you may contact us and we will promptly (within about 24 hours) locate your order and send you your order number.
