Are the beads real gemstones? - All our beads are made from 100% top quality genuine gemstones unless otherwise stated REC or reconstituted/synthetic in the title or description of the product.

What does REC or reconstituted mean? - Reconstituted means the beads were composed of man made materials with some mineral powder; it has similar look and feel as the original gemstone but for a fraction of the price.

What does B.C in the B.C Jade stand for? - The B.C. in B.C Jade stands for British Columbia, therefore, this gemstone is called the British Columbia Jade (B.C Jade). Large deposits of Jade can be found in British Columbia regions, jade is the official gemstone of British Columbia.

Which of these bead are dyed/color enhanced? - The following stones has been dyed/color enhanced: Green malachite jade, Purple jade, Fuchsia jade, Lapis blue jade, Turquoise jade, Red coral jade and dyed amethyst.

What are the hold sizes of the beads? -
Beads holes are machine centre drilled, this means the beads will look straight strung together - 4mm, 6mm and 8mm round beads has a hole size of approximately 0.7mm. Other gemstone beads would have an approximate hole size of 0.8-1mm.

How many beads per strand? - There are approximately 100 beads in 4mm 16" strand, 65 beads in 6mm 16" strand and 50 beads in 8mm 16"strand. Due to the different sizes of shaped beads, the most reliable way to determine bead count would be referring to the picture of the item. We do our best to post
accurate pictures, therefore, the picture usually shows a good approximate amount.

Shipping & Handling fee for your items are not just for postal, it includes: handling, processing and packaging materials for your order. We offer one of the lowest prices for overall cost per strand.

How does combine shipping works? - Shipping is the same for anywhere in the world. The highest "first item" shipping is added with "each additional" shipping of all other items to form the total of the shipping and handling cost. Our checkout system will combine your purchases and calculate the total.

How do I checkout or see my combined items invoice? - You can checkout using the button provided above or Click Here. Enter the Auction Item Number you won along with your registered eBay email. All your items will be combined into one invoice. Please make sure you are done shopping before your checkout to take advantage of the combine shipping discount and any other ongoing promotions.

I don't want this item anymore/change items - eBay expect bidders to have read the item description, shipping, payment terms carefully. Bidding on eBay is a binding contract in accordance with Section #4 in the user agreement when registering on eBay, we report non-paying buyers to eBay to cover the fees and listing cost. If you have an extreme circumstances regarding payment or changing the items, please contact us. We are eager to work with you to rectify the issue.

What kind of payment do you accept? - We accept eChecks, Direct payment and major credit cards through Paypal. To maintain fast shipping and turnover, we do not accept money orders at this time.

Shipping/Delivery_____________________________________

I want to change item/address - Once you have checked out and pay for the items; your order is sent for process and shipment. As a result, address or items could not be done; therefore, please make sure your shipping/billing address and purchases are accurate and satisfactory. If there is an urgent case that requires attention, we will do our best to suit your needs but will most likely delay the process of your order.

When was my order shipped? - Orders are processed in the order they were received by our shipping department. We usually ship out between 24-48 hours after payment has been confirmed; but if the payment date is near the weekend, the ship out date will be delay until the coming Monday.


Is there tracking for my order? - Most of the shipping methods we use does not allow for tracking but is very reliable. If you would prefer a tracking and have quicker shipping, we offer UPS Express at additional charge ($17.80 for US/Canada and $28.50 for other countries). This rate is much lower (at least 40% less) compared to the actual UPS Express fees since we pass down the volume discount we get down to you.

Can I see my order? -

What shipping method? -
Packages are ship out through USPS, Canada Post or HK Post, the average delivery time is approximately 7 to 14 work days. We offer free UPS or EMS shipping upgrades -tracking - for larger orders (usually 50 or more strands) with much faster delivery.

Why do you have multiple shipping locations? - We have sales offices in the US and Canada with our head office and warehouse in Asia. As stated in the description, depending on availability of the items; and high demand for our products, some orders may be shipped directly from our warehouse to you. This will reduce the turnover time if we were to wait for our US/Canada office to re-stock to ship you the items.

Do your offer pick-ups for orders? -
At the moment, we do not offer local pick-ups/drop-offs for any online orders.

14 days has passed since I was notified that my beads were shipped, what now?

We understand the anxiety waiting for your beads to arrive. The 7-14 days wait time is our average delivery time frame and is accurate most of the time. First, please check your

Furthermore, due to postal delivery condition and possible customs delay (if your items were shipped from our warehouse). We asked you to kindly wait 1 more week for your package to arrive; usually the beads should arrive by then.

If you have not receive the beads pass the additional week (which is rare), please contact us below; we thank you for your patience and want to make sure you receive your beads.

The color/pattern doesn't look like the picture - Due to the nature of gemstones, there may be variations with the beads in what you see now and when you receive it. If you do find the difference too great to be acceptable, we can offer exchange of the item, please refer to below for more details.

I want an exchange/refund for my items
-We offer exchange for equal or lesser value items and refund for any items within 30 days of the postmarked ship date. Simply contact our customer service department list below to receive further instructions. Buyers are responsible for return shipping expenses.
